They seem to be focused on everything other than the 3 metrics that are most important. The quality/safety of K-12 schools, crime rate and taxes. There are many metrics for a city but those 3 are the ones that matter.

All the blight lack of jobs the towns run down and unsafe I don’t doubt that more will follow out.
