I added Tumeric and Cayenne Pepper to my daily vitamins and supplement routine. They help keep your blood pressure normal and prevent clots/strokes. Cultures that eat a lot of spicy foods have very low instances of circulatory issues. This might have helped prevent Thrombosis?

What right does anyone have to say whether I can have a vaccine or not. If you don't want it then don't take it. At least have the decency to quarantine in place till your not showing symptoms.
