I didn't notice that at the very end of this video is a front view - so I checked the view of the front of this home to get a sense of curb appeal (a very subjective thing, I know) on Google. So often, in older neighborhoods nowadays, a new home ends up being a modern black-and-white rectangular box that stands out like a really sore thumb among the charming older homes. First I went to the street view in Google, and it looked like the other homes - nothing wrong with it, but it was sort of tired looking... so I figured it was just an old picture. Then I went to the listing and what I discovered there blew me away! This home is not only compatible with the neighborhood but is phenomenally beautiful from the outside. Truly one that stands out on the street IN A GOOD WAY. I wish all new homes could be designed and built this way. It is both charming and dignified, even stately. Sigh, I don't have the money and wouldn't have use for all of that space, but I really think this is the best new home in the city that I've ever seen on RUclips!

The floor lights can be great as a night light, but i prefer a warmer color so it doesn't ruin my night vision. During the day, not a big fan.
