Perry passed away sadly. He did upload full concerts like these and then split them into one song per video. He doesn't have a "full concert" playlist but if you do some digging you'll find full concerts that you can download.
How do you pay for all the concerts?
Perry passed away sadly but I'll give you the reply: Most of these concerts aren't that expensive. Usually around 20-50 dollars per ticket which is all he needs to pay assuming he goes to these shows by himself.
