Thank you! I was able to do this as a female gnome mage. Took a few tries because I was having trouble with the dragonspawn pathing with the torch at first. Didn't get Reed on the first try, will keep at it until I do. I'd recommend bringing some LIPs in case of emergencies to get back to the reset spot. Make sure to be patient and if you need to reset, just wait for cold snap to come back up if you had to use it the first time. Better than having to run back, waste more invisibility potions and doing the three door skips again. Edit: Got it on solo run #2!
Just solo farmed this all thanks to you. A few small tips I found improved my chances: - After novaing the mobs and blinking up the ramp, you can hit them with two quick ticks of R1 blizzard to buy yourself time to get onto the torch. - The patrol marked triangle can be easily killed off alone so you don't have to worry about timing the pull on Jed with both his patrol and triangle. duo mage farming gets a lot easier, you only need to invis pot after the first door. you can kill the 4 orc mobs after the 2nd door, they pull as 3, the 4th in the hallway doesn't seem linked to the pack so you just sheep 2 kill 1 then the one on its own after. could probably even pull jed while one mage does the dragons and do the run even faster but higher risk if the pack gets bad with those charge mobs. excited to see people selling reeds for 500g within a week because of this video.

how many attempts did you do before perfecting this? i've done 4 without any success. i'm struggling to jiggle the mobs properly on the torch. either one of them comes too close on the top and starts hitting me or i just fall off. currently weighing up whether it's easier to just give up and do jed in groups
I fell twice and couldn’t try again today. I realized you need to macro the run/walk toggle to a key bind and toggle it before trying to get on the torch. It even slows your back peddle speed, which I didn’t think it did at first.
Can you Mind Control Jed with the Gnomish Cap and pull him to a reset spot to 1v1 him? Also, can you buff mobs targeted by the Cap? If so, paladins might be able to solo if they can BoP him before he dies

Really wish I could find a way to reliably do the logout skip. I can usually make it past the first door but in over 50+ attempts i have not made it through the 2nd door. No problem at all doing it in a normal UBRS run. So frustrating. If anyone has any advice I'm all ears but feels like I've tried spamming in every possible way but no matter what the game just will not let me do the skip twice in a row. =[ Like Ii'll do the skip one way and it will work fine and ill do it the exact same way the next try and it doesn't work. what do you think about using mind control cap on jed and have him killed by other mobs? that way you could do the run in 5 min probably, i need to try this :))
I did duo mage+priest with mind control clearing orcs, skipping dragonkins besides the 1 patrolling up. There's evade spot on top edge of that torch pillar.
Btw, in all the dungeons you can do this kind of stuff, there are people outside consistently doing a /who and reporting every single mage they see as a bot. It’s constant.

Did they fix the door skip? It doesn't seem to be working as of today. It's closed shut as soon as log in even with all addons disabled.

nvm, figured out 2nd and 3rd doors dont open sometimes with too many addons, disabled addons works everytime
