Minecraft supplies a datapack containing the 1.21 features that you can use in 1.20.4. I think if you create a new world in SP then you can choose the datapack.
Why is a 2D whiskel farm not possible with a smaller border? Does portal linking with a smaller border work differently than normal world border? Wouldn’t they just link to a portal at the world border?
I believe the portal would update near the ow world border and not link back to the nether. But if the portal generated in the correct position then you wouldn't be able to build the bridge there because the damage outside the world border is higher as you get further from the legal spots.
