Preemie born at 34 weeks due to preeclampsia

Born at 34 weeks in 2011 due to preeclampsia, baby was able to breathe on his own thanks to the steroid injections given before emergency cesarean as premature birth was expected. Baby only had a 2 week NICU stay due to low birth weight and high levels of bilirubin.
