I had one of these used. Wasn't too bad at all. But this time went with the ironman rb suvs. They seem good! Love the patterns

So did you decide to go with them? I’m curious because I just put these on 2 weeks ago. Got 2000 miles on so far. Vikings fan here, by the way

I had bought my car (2019 Hyundai GT N-Line) back in 2021 used from a Subaru dealer. Before selling me the car, he replaced the original Michelins which only had 28K on them. This dealer put on GT Radial Champiros. While this is considered a more sporty car, I am not a wild driver. I kept them properly inflated and rotated these religiously every 5K. After only 20K, two of the tires are shot. My alignment needed tweaking, but nothing major and the tires had worn evenly.
Replaced them with the Hankook Ventus S1 AS--the successor to the tire reviewed in this video. For now they are on the front. So far so good--I like the way they ride. The problem with the Champiros were they were uni-directional, so they could not be cross rotated. These Hankooks are bi-directional. Since the fronts wear faster than the rears, you can't just blindly rotate every 5K--you have to pay attention to the wear and therefore may have to shorten or lengthen the rotation interval over the lifespan. I'm determined to get as close to 50K with these as I can.

Its somewhat of a performance tire, maybe thats why it wears quicker. Very common for performance oriented tires. Might just step down and get the hankook ventus v2 concept 2 a more middle of the road tire. Had one on my accord and its lasting hella long.

This came with the used car. Amazing long time. How many miles you got out of it?

@@netman88 almost 45k to 50k miles on it! Had to replace one tire due to metal shard. But I wasn't aware tires could last that long

Rotate your tires more often rotating at 10k is a little long take it back down to 5k and you’ll expense better wear and more life

These things suck. Absolutely overpowered by my stock 225HP front wheel drive in the dry. Spinnnnn in the wet. Just bad tires.

Have these on my 2019 Equinox from the factory. These are the wors't tires ever. They're noisy in the dry, abysmal in wet, and absolutely unsafe in the snow. I have 45k miles on them, so in terms of life, they seem to last. Theyre at about 5-4/32, so they need replacement
