I am not a mechanic or telling you how to do this. This is showing my experience on how i did it.
Upon removal of the exhaust and downpipes the header studs were heavily corroded and not able to be removed. Not shown, but i tried to remove with heat before having to drill them out. Drilling these out should only be done by a professional.
Filmed on GoPro Hero 8.
Grate job you done 👍 and effect is amazing
This man sets a standard great job pal
Ah the Match made i heaven a bottle of wd-40 and a scub pad mmmm I forgot how much i missed the older r6's might rebuild one myself!

Glad it helped, that’s good to hear 👍
hell yeah buddy, bike looks great!
Great job. Looks like your crash bungs have worked in the past, need to fit a set to mine.
Yeah the previous owner definitely got his moneys worth out of them 😃
Great Job!!. You are very good +1 Sub 👏👏
Thank you 🙏
learnt alot
I was hoping you had reused the stock turn signals so i can see how they are installed - everyone is going for these flush mounted but i need to know how the OEMs are installed lol
I've searched everywhere online and the service manual is of no use it just details the parts list for them. Completely stuck as they just won't push through the fairing and allow me to clip them in at back.
Haynes manual has some information.. they're quite simple.. pull tge fairing off if you're not sure
Hey man can you please let me know where you got the carbon trim pieces 🙏 please man
Like the rear tire mud flap, the front 2 trims and the triple tree cover

Is it possible if you could link the listing or where to purchase the headers it would be greatly appreciated
Hi, I’ve added it to the description 👍
Great video
What handle bar ends did you fit ?
They were just from Amazon, not expensive but still weighted ones like stock
Where did u get the fairings, carbon fiber inner fairings and fairing screws kit?
Fairings and bolt kit from eBay, carbon inner pieces from Amazon. Let me know if you can’t find and I’ll put the link in the description
@@MTPOV85 I wasnt able to find it 😢
I’ve added the links in the description, hope it helps 😃
On ne peux pas parler de restauration mais plutôt un nettoyage et remise en route. Cela n'enmlève rien au travail effectué
Dude, you could have welded nuts on to those studs that were sticking out that you very hastily hacked off with a hack saw and pulled them right out. Then you would not have had to drill holes and retap holes.
That was incredibly silly the way you did that.
What kind of headers are those? I have a 2nd gen r6 and cannot for the life of me find anything that fits
They are black widow racing got them from eBay for £250 new
Dude this R6 are reliable for long last?
They sure are 👍
what frame sliders are those? they look like no cut
Yeah no cutting required as they have an offset bracket. I’ve added the link in the description
Sve u redu,ali mi se ne sviđa,ispusni lonac,odskace,kao u MZ 250 ili jawa 350
What is exhoust name ?
This is a GPR silencer with Black widow stainless downpipes
