Hi i have a crank but no start! do you need a signal from the relay to the ecu to run? i have no fuel prime bad relay? . ive manually added power to the pump in the back seat pump in tank but still no start. i have an ecu immo off and bridged the 2 black wires in the ews plug.
the ecu when its woke up it triggers the engine harness relays to power everything there including a power source to a fuel pump relay that you need to add if its crank but no start try ur ecu in another car to make sure it runs to eliminate it definitely has ews off seen this a million times already when ews is supposed to be off and it’s actually not i have an ews delete video and i do that same process all the time i always map an ecu in a running car so i can see that it starts later without ews plugged in or no chip in the key
@@xyoungyx cheers mate. i sent it off to a guy from ebay and bought a harness also. the car was not priming the pump before the immo off either. question is, if i add power to the pump in the tank will the engine still run without the relay or not? i can then add what i need to later when the engine is out :) thank you
@@kwezow3411 yes u can manually give pump power just now as u can see in most my floor start videos i just wake up ecu i power fuel pump off a drill battery but when i use this in a car u wire a pump relay so it works on key via ecu demand

What do I do if I turn key and the ews is doing as it should kicking fuel pump on just not crank and if Jump the 2 wires it cracks all day

just need to hear the engine running in the car before i rip it out and make a cooled manifold ect for a boat. i cant wait.

if not ill just assume the ecu is good tomorrow (cranked before i sent the ecu off)and test the relay if i need it.
