Canoe Trip on Irondale/Burnt River

Join me as I take a day trip down the Irondale and Burnt River. Starting at Furnace Falls I travel downriver to Kinmount. Along the way I portage around Jacob's Ladder and pass the confluence of the Irondale and Burnt Rivers then portage around Three Brothers Falls. Further down the river I pass the impressive rail trestle now used for the Victoria Rail Trail and the old bridge abutments of the I.B.&O. railway.
