Thank you sir for the info 🙏 I was actually scared to drive 🚗 on sport mode.if I knew before I took my holiday trip to Goerge I would have used it and experienced it. I also noticed that sasol is very lite 😳 if may say so and it's closer to my house 🏠
Thanks for the video, I noticed that Caltex does not gel with my Tiggo 4, also these orange Garages are a no go. Shell or BP works well, I've been using shell 95 and im not experiencing and sluggishness or drop in power. Safe driving 🚗 folks
Thanks for this infor I also have a T4 but I don’t have the sport only normal cvt. I think I don’t get bad fuel consumption I get about 5.8L/100 that’s if I drive very nicely lol which I most of the time don’t. I also see now I get between 13 and 14km/L how ever I think my tyre pressure might be a bit high I think it might be over 2.4 I drive most of the time alone with no load
Thank you! Question on infotainment system. Would have been nice if we had "access" to the system whereby we could upload a file. I tried a dash cam and was hoping to view on the screen but the system does not allow me to access the file on the dash cam. Any way that that could be upgraded or unlocked. The apps on android auto mostly include music and chat apps.
You can use a USB in the center console with an MP3 OR MP4 file on it. Disable the video limit and then you can watch a vid while driving. This was in the T4 but similar concept ruclips.net/video/5VvgEmhj2ho/видео.htmlsi=25HmndAcd-Q3iSCW
I had this when I tested the MAX and opened the bonnet. If the car is off, it battles to close like it's being restricted. When I tested it with a family member, we had the car on with the engune running, and it closed normally. I'm not sure if it's hydraulic lifts like hydraulic steering that needs power, but it seems to work easier. Maybe give it a try and see if it makes a difference.
It's interesting that Shell's fuel is better on consumption. Given that this fuel comes out of the same pipeline mixed and most likely supplied from Secunda. It must be their additives that make the difference.
Nope. Sasol in Secunda is its own separate fuel supply and manufacturer. They are totally different from other petrols suppliers in SA. The additives are very different but so is the way it's made.
Hi. Yip, I suggest 2.3 over 2.2. Seems like a stupid little adjustment on the tyres but the car also rides smoother and in opinion better but give it a try. Don't forget tyres should be cold ( before a drive )
If its just not closing all the way or opening all the way. Pull and hold the button towards the rear for 10 sec and then close it. Push button towards the front for 4 sec and it'll program the front side.
Hi, you talking about Blind spot detection ( BSD )? I think it should have check this vid of the T7 and see the settings are the same and correct as the ADAS. ruclips.net/video/ldpSGvDlFL4/видео.htmlsi=MXEp-9G-r3Utx8_3
Yes, in the beginning, but it gets better as you put on more kilos and don't forget these are not light cars. They weigh 1336kg and have a 5 star NCAP rating. They're built solid. The door structure is actually re-inforced with steel to make it safe but comes at a price of a little heavier on fuel.
That's why you do it early in the morning at the closest garage before you drive to work. I stay in Centurion so I'm not that far from you, I know the weather. Over inflated or under inflated tyres are dangerous on the road in center conditions and will cause faster wear to the tryes.
Hello from South Africa. We don't have them but glad to hear that you found a petrol that helps the car run better. That's the type of thing I want people to test in their countries. Not all cars run the same on the same fuel. Thanks for the feed back.

Yip. Thats why I stick to SHELL95.
Thanks for the tip I was just about to ask what fuel does the Chery pro 4 take .Thank you for the videos it truly help alot. God bless
I own a Tiggo7 Pro...yes I tried sports mode and fuel consumption dropped indeed... Thanks bro......
Pleasure man. It's weird but more economical in SPORTS MODE.

This was in the T4 but similar concept

Please make a video on how you close the hood with those hydraulic stands.

I have the Tiggo 4 Pro Urban which is seldom loaded .
Do you suggest all tyres @ 2,3 ? Thanks .

My car just shows a check airbag light I’ve had the car for 3 months now what should I do can I reset it manually or should I take it to the dealer?
With airbags I suggest you take it to the dealer as depending on which model you have, you have 2 or 6 airbags. Could just be a sensor adjustment.
@@theBaldChery Thanks will do I have the Elite CVT
I use BP or Caltex 95 . Do you suggest I switch to Shell ?
Hi. Give it a try and see if you see a difference between the fuels but try like 3 tanks so the system is flushed out of the other fuels.
Hello, my new chery tiggo 4 pro sunroof doesn't work; how to reset it? Thank you.
If its just not closing all the way or opening all the way.

Hi does the 4pro Addas has car passing light on your side review mirrors

Thanks
Hi my 2022 4pro Addas don't have BSD
Yes the T4 pro ADAS comes with Blind spot detection (car passing light)
The fuel economy is generally very high on these cars, becomes a problem with high fuel prices

How to turn on Eco mode on manual
ECO and SPORTS mode is for the ELITE CVT's only. The manuals don't have it.
Dankie
I live in Hot as hell Pretoria so no checking tyre pressure for me in summer 😅
That's why you do it early in the morning at the closest garage before you drive to work.

I agree with the shell statement...
Exxon rated best in US in test so be it ,I switched car runs, idles better
