I feel like Deadly Rebel should add a 21 after the jump punches to set up his vortexes with Smoke better. J2 is +50 on hit, 21 is +24 on hit. so I guess the J2 has more advantage, but I think being grounded and hitting a 21 puts you in a better position where you don’t have to wait until landing before starting the mix.
