I think I just found out the lore to v3…
So basically this is like a bad ending for Jeffy’s parents..
So when Marvin gives Nancy away this time jeffy couldn’t escape through the window and rose filed for divorce, and weeks or probably years later on the news it shows jeffy was killed by Nancy (which is probably the reason for half of his face being like that) and Marvin kills himself in guilt and was sent to hell by jeffy so he can torture Marvin for all of eternity basically like Cassidy and William afton.
That explains the intro
Especially the part “and one day he goes and kills us all”
