    I don't know if it has the same effect on mix to mold, but something fun to do is sprinkle your micas and spray alcohol on them then immediately pour your resin. You get a really cool galaxy ish/ splashy kinda effect. Try it, it's fun!

    Oh, love the tray! The effect it gave the tray is awesome! My only wish is that we could achieve the same marbling on the front of a piece that we get on the back!

    Giving credit where it's due.. this technique was first created by Chicly Reclaimed Decor 8 months ago. It's good that you mentioned where you saw the idea, but credit should go to the original creator also.
