Yes, they're super clean! The subway and rail stations do shut down starting around midnight.

Last train leaves at around 1 o'clock. They use the downtime for essential maintenance (track grinding etc.) and cleaning.
I'm enjoying all your Taiwan vids. You should mention that the MRT makes announcements in four languages. The first is Mandarin, the second is Taiwanese, the third is in Hakka and the fourth is English.

if bus seat is full.. did we need to stand more than half hour ??? or driver will stop ppl in if bus full?
If the bus only drive in city, driver won't care about seat's problem.
It the bus need to drive through any highway, driver must ensure every passsenger got seat.

wow that bus is noisy (rattling) . Kind of reminds me of the older MTA busses with those folding wheelchair seats that rattle when nobody sat on them
