- Gridlife was a TON of fun this weekend! We brought out the 318ti and the Foxbody and they ran flawless all weekend outside of my air filter falling off haha. I was surprised and excited that so many of my drifting buddies made it out. Good hangs, great people, and WRECKLESS driving makes for an awesome weekend. It's really fun to just go rip and drive as wild as I want, even if it's overcooked and crashing haha.

People not wanting to let you chase is crazy. I’d never keep up and there no one else I’d trust more behind me lol
It's not crazy, he's a well known drifter and current FD champion. Most people at grid life are not confident enough in their abilities, feel the pressure of being chase by a ex-FD driver and are afraid of making a mistake which could result in a crash, especially on a fast track. He should try to go undercover :D

That etiquette thing is a real! Even for us sim drifters, I am always on lead duty, because everyone is so eager to chase 😢. On the plus side, my lead is absolutely spot on

Love seeing you have a lot of fun drifting again. Comps are always tight, but events like these is what drifting is all about. I would love to see you build a sick JDM or classic Porsche time attack car to run at GridLife. Something very simple but super race car. You could do some fun things with suspension I bet 🤙🏻🤙🏻. Also, classic Hert breaking something 😂😂

Adding is slowing the impact of tire down when you get on throttle or come off the handbrake

People not wanting to lead is such a big fucking annoyance of mine. Its an issue in IRL and in the Sim.... where people only wanna chase, chase, chase, but never wanna lead. And the worst part is when you tell them to lead they like get offended or mad that your telling them that. They'll do like ONE lead run, cutting lines, trying to run away as fast as they can. then try to chase for 6 more runs. Its crazy... the lack of etiquette is wild, and its only gotten worse over the years from what I've seen.
And the biggest excuse people say is "Leading is boring". -__- It don't have to be boring if you know how to run your shit.
Maybe me just being new but I would feel safer following you and less nervous. If I lead and fuck up then there's a good chance of fucking your car up too. I wasn't there but maybe why people didn't want you to chase them..🤷♂️
