In this series, you'll explore five crucial aspects of adulthood with five different librarians:
Mindful Rediscovery: Break free from stagnation and reignite your passion by reconnecting with your surroundings. Librarian Shafie takes you on a walk of rediscovery down Tekka as he encourages you to put down your phones to find peace and inspiration in our streets.
Personality: Embrace and find peace with your true self. Librarian Sarah leads you through an exploration of accepting your innate personality, whether you’re an extrovert or an introvert, navigating through an extroverted world.
Children: Heal past wounds and give the next generation freedom with a fresh start. Librarian Shahril explores folktales we grew up on to unravel trauma & fear that links our childhood to our kids and find new reinvented tales to emancipate a new generation of kids.
Workplace: Cultivate meaningful connections and a sense of belonging at work. Librarian Qin Li dives into the 3 Kingdoms to find out if we can learn how to be a good manager in the workplace from an ancient warlord.
Pets: Reflect on how we care for our furbabies and the impact it has on our world. Librarian Lisa investigates the tension between the ways we treat pets and other animals in our surroundings. Does it reveal more about the blindsight in our human condition?
Each video works as part of the series or as standalone episodes. Just like problems in life & their solutions come at random, these videos can be viewed shuffled.
