I'm a bit of a peacenik but all aspects of history are important and fascinating. You did such a good job explaining the interesting details of this fort. I'm so glad it was rescued and turned into this wonderful museum.
I couldn't agree with you more, thank you ever so much for supporting us and coming to the premiere, was great to see you there, but so glad we did it justice! hehe, have a wonderful weekend!!
After some quick Googling and calculator exercise, that rail howitzer weighs more than the average locomotive, how incredible. 🦾📺💣
This was a great tour of Fort Nelson (had the good fortune to visit this museum two or three times ) still haven’t seen everything 😊🙏🏼
The highlight for me was the 18inch rail gun (it’s often occurred to me how much bigger the guns mounted on the Japanese Battleship Yamato) being of the same calibre but with longer barrels than this Howitzer (huge and fascinating)
Alessa Bret
Thanks for sharing this film 👍😊🙏🏼
Best regards Simon 😊🙏🏼
Hiya Simon, well thank you so much for the comments, means alot. I know right, it's very hard to see everything in even a few visits, but worth it everytime discovering something new! Oh yes that railway howitzer is very special, and just what an incredible history it has! Thank you so much for commenting, watching and being awesome! Have a wonderful weekend!

What an awesome place to visit Alessa and Brett!! Once again you've done yourselves proud!!Wonderful footage well narrated and beautifully presented!! It was certainly built with defense in mind!!😊Robbie
A Happy New Year, Alessa, the world-gifted YTber!
OMG, who is able to carry this size of a cannonball to the cannon??? 2:03
Wow, I am not familiar with weapons, but some of the replicas are very ornate. 3:36 Ohhh...the firing demonstrations! 5:21 Fascinating. Wow, I have never heard that the museum holds such an event in the public. It's kind of intimidating to walk through such a small space/tunnel. 13:14🥶
The scale of this museum is massive! Thank you very much for educating me.
My double departed after a long 50-day stay with me. I have a big hole in my heart at this moment but look forward to joining your premiere this Friday to watch Part II and chat with you.
Wowww, what a very interesting place, loved this my friend !!! keep going !!!
Amazing fort with lot of History and very well preserved. Thanks for the tour! 😊👍
Wow, what an amazing, huge fort! Thank you for the tour! We visit a similar one (but smaller) on the coat of Oregon, but this one is so well maintained and all the machinery is nicely displayed. Enjoyed watching, thanks! Have a good weekend!

Amazing tour. Beautiful fort and it’s huge. Love the wooden gate by the entrance. They have some beautiful display heavy equipments. Thank you so much for bringing us along. I really enjoyed it. Have a great day. Best regards Amie🇳🇿
War definitely pushes the envelope of innovation. Love geeking out on the engineering behind the tools of war, but I hate seeing these in action. Great tour. Thanks for bringing us along ❤
Thank you so much for commenting and being awesome, oh yes, it's incredible and fascinating seeing the modernization throughout the eras! Hope you're well, have a wonderful weekend!
Great tour of the fort. A lot of interesting guns on display. The one with the big stone balls look pretty devastating for its time and must have needed some hauling up to the battlefield. Look forward to part 2
สถานที่สวยและน่าตื่นเต้น ขอบคุณที่พาเราไปเที่ยว support, follow the next episode

A different site from usual videos, but really enjoyable, my friends. Happy weekend and all the very best ! Renata
Very different from your castle videos, but still packed with great info as always! Thanks for the tour... despite the wet and rainy weather. Made me grateful that I'm only in Britain in the late spring and summer... and that I am able to usually film when the weather is nice LOL!
Brilliant part one of the Fort explore cool too see inside and those guns. Giant thumbs 👍 up from me Pinned on Places 😁
Fort Nelson is great, such a change from your castle videos. Interesting history too, I do love hearing all about what it was & is like.

I love to watch RUclips videos because I love learning new things. I also love watching videos about people doing cool things and I want to be able to do the same thing. Watching RUclips videos is fun and you can learn a lot from them. Watching RUclips videos can teach you how to do many different tasks, such as cooking and dancing. You can also find lots of funny videos on RUclips and some educational ones too.b
