great video, I liked the stuff that was in hardoff, great finds on some of the older Tech that was in the store 😀 👍, I hope when I move to Japan that I land a job in hardoff retail business 👍 😀
Linear tracking turntables in general always seem really cool. I dunno if they're actually all that great (some internet poking around suggests that they have a LOT of moving parts that can fail), but I'm sure they'd be good enough for me.
In the good ol days Jazz was known as Jass music .... The trumpeter for the Original Dixieland Jass band, Nick LaRocca talks about how the term was changed from Jass to Jazz saying: "...the term was changed because children and some adults could not resist the temptation to scratch the letter "J" from the posters."
@LostTurntable thank you. I wanted to know, where are the portable cassette player , walkman, portable minidisc player. Was there more? Or did you show them in different video?
The "dude with his rad headband" at 2:30 is the immortal Jaco Pastorius! Should've grabbed that one...

"Junk" doesn't mean it's broken. It means they did just simple checks, no guarantee to work.
