    PREMIER COOKING

    Ingredients:
    2-3 pounds of Beef Chuck (bite size pieces)
    6 pieces of bacon
    15.5 pinto beans (kidney will work as well)
    4 pressed garlic cloves
    2 onions (finely chopped)
    1 green bell pepper ( finely chopped)
    5 tomatoes
    3 cups beef broth
    1 cup water (to thin the Chili for desired consistency)
    1, 1/2 cup of strained tomatoes
    1 tbsp chili paste (adjust the heat)
    1/2 tbsp paprika
    1 tsp ground cumin
    1 tbsp Cajun spice
    2 tbsp chili powder
    Dash of ground oregano
    Dash of ground thyme
    1 tbsp brown sugar
    1 tsp salt
    Suggested Toppings:
    Tortilla chips
    Shredded cheese
    Sour cream
    Avacado
    Jalapeño
    Green onion
    Cilantro
