Please answer me ASAP. What if i use oven dried aggregate, will this mean that i need more water since moisture content will be zero and the absorption will be added?
The slump (workability) will get effected if you use oven dried aggregate. So yes you will need additional water quantity. Know the moisture content of the aggregate being used to produce concrete. Modern batch control systems, if given the absorption and moisture content, will either hold back or add additional water to compensate for that water which is carried on the surface of the aggregates or that will be absorbed into the pore structure of dry aggregates. This results is concrete that is much more predictable, that will finish properly, and meet the requirements of the mix designer and the finished project.
Very insightful for sure

Sir where to find the aci 211.1 in si units?
The trial Batch proportions for 1 cubic meter concrete will be: Water = 173.8 kg, Cement = 354 kg, CA = 959.5 kg and Fine aggregate = 878.8 kg.
