Lake Superior Coastal Trail 2024, Hiking, Backpacking, North to South, August

Join us the ‪@TheBackCountryAddicts‬ as we tackle the rugged and beautiful Lake Superior Coastal Trail. Our journey includes 24 hours of driving, 3 rounds of golf, a ferry, a shuttle and one hell of a beautiful trail. With views around every corner we covered the 54km from Gargantua Bay to Agawa Bay visitors Centre in 4 days. Our trip was supposed to be 6 days but due to extreme heat, and dry walking conditions we covered the trail much quicker. We had planned conservatively as wind and rain can halt progress.
We stayed :
Night 1 Rhyolite Cove- ~ 7.5km
Night 2 Sand Spit - ~10km
Night 3 Robertson Cove - ~11km
Agawa Bay Visitors Center - ~25.5km
