You can approach the reason you’re feeling that way, and what you need to accomplish to not feel that way. And then Set that accomplishment(s) as a goal. anxiety is a funny thing. Back in the day when we were caveman it was a lifesaver, you see a lion and anxiety kicks in and tells you to runaway and avoid it. But now in a modern world, we have an important job interview and anxiety kicks in and makes it 10 times worse, no more ooga booga lion. I think everyone goes through it to an extent, some way more than others, and everyone copes differently, what helps me is doing something calming and talking my anxieties over with someone, for me calming is rollerblading. And talking to someone helps bring a third voice into it so it’s not just me and my anxiety battling it out over who is right.
Something I try to keep in mind when I start feeling anxious for “no reason” are : do I need water, am I hungry, should I lay down for a minute. Those are just a few examples, I saw another comment mentions going for a walk outside which is also great but we’re not always in a situation where we can just go outside, but whatever works for you works. Usually once I check in with myself and actively do something to show myself care, the anxiety goes away. And if it doesn’t go away, at least in my experience, I probably need to talk to someone who I know has my back. Reaching out for help is one of the most powerful ways we can show ourselves care. Btw I don’t comment very often but I’ve been watching you for a few years now, you inspired me to get better at the game at a time I thought I was trash and tbh I’m still trash lol but I have a lot more fun with it. ryley; it sucks that you’re having anxiety. its this impending sense of doom for no reason, right? there usually is no reason for it- it’s actually out of nowhere sometimes, and the best thing that helps me is just reassuring myself that nothing is wrong, and distractions distractions distractions. if i find myself having anxious thoughts, i CANNOT dwell on it. i gotta start thinking of something else. the more you dwell on it the worse it gets. sometimes it does have causes, like if you’re worried about health issues or a test. distractions work well for those too- but i find reassurance to work better here. remind yourself the reality of the situation- i tend to psych myself out with health issues. anxiety can actually cause false symptoms (convinced myself i had cancer soooo much haha). you just gotta remember to not take the anxiety seriously (unless you have a VERY GOOD reason ofc). hope this helps man! i’m totally here to reply if you need me- this goes to people other than ryley too of course. ❤

I think you’re in high school? Maybe almost in college? Anxiety is one of the most common things that teens/ early 20’s experience. Being on your phone for 7 hours straight can definitely attribute to that. Live a healthy lifestyle. Take deep breathes. You’ll be fine.

It’s just like any other human emotion like happiness and sadness it comes and goes. But what makes anxiety so bad is your resistance to it. A lot of the time you don’t even realize you’re resisting the anxiety. That’s where meditating comes in. Gets you back in touch with the present moment. And it’s overall just makes u more calm. There’s an app called “calm” and you can use it as a timer. You can meditate for 10 minutes. Which is what I do every morning and right before work. Or you can start smaller with 2 or 5 minutes. Something that I’ve noticed when I meditate and I hop on clash right after or any other game, is that it makes me play better. Ong it makes me play better. And a tip for meditating is. Focus on each individual breath. Pay attention to each inhale. And each exhale. And if you lose your focus it’s okay. Go go right back to focusing on your breath for however many minutes u want

If you're getting anxious without any specific cause then that can be a sign of generalized anxiety disorder. I would definitely try to talk to a doctor about it.

And i am using valk instead of knight and guards instead of gob gang cuz goblin gang dies to zap so i thought I should play guards instead of goblin gang. How did the zap by the opponent at 2:11 activate the king's tower? The first 2 hits didn't and the third did. Why? For me it makes no sense.
Because the more zaps that happen, the larger the radius becomes. It happens to me alot
