Can the FJ-80 be wirelessly triggered by canon RT trigger system like the canon E3ex rt or the canon 600ex rt? If so, kindly do a video of this flash being triggered by E3 exrt trigger.
I'm not sure that they are compatible... Westcott tends to be "brand specific" as most companies are. You might be able to use their trigger to fire the Canon flash if its on a Westcott hotshoe. I've not tested this myself.
Just wanted to let you guys & gals know that 80ws flash is basically a weak light. Most speedlights are rated 80ws max. So don't be fooled & scammed by these so called pros cheating with ramping up the ASA/ISO. Many times when we are shooting group shot one single 500ws is not enough.
I think you're missing my point here @angelisone, I never mislead people to believe that this 80ws flash will light up the entire group of people, if I know I have a shoot where I need more light, I'll use a more powerful (WS) light. I'm just sharing that I love that this flash can output a decent amount of light for the work that I shoot, when I want a specific look and aesthetic.
@@AllenZaki That so called "80ws" or "GN60" has been scamming photographers. Those are only true at cheating setting, not @ ASA/ISO100 with 35mm I would say that this flash is a better buy than Canon/Profoto/Sony/Godox if one has more than one camera brand. Nevertheless, at the moment only ATG made one for aps medium format camera like the Hasselblad, Fuji & Leica. Yes, the prices match that pros don't regrets. How long have you been shooting flashes?
What flash do you use for your on camera flash? Have you used the FJ80?
I love the new version of the FJ80
Yeah I have yet to try it Eli, but I hear it’s more compact and more features.
Great video! Thank you for highlighting the compatibility with the Godox AK-21 kit.
Thank you Andre, I'm glad you liked it. Do you shoot with the FJ80? How do you like it?
Thank you!
Thank you for this!
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it 😊
Nice review. I would be interested by a video explaining how you shoot on location and setup your camera, flash and choise diffuser
Thank you @marclabro definitely something I’ll look into creating. Appreciate the feedback
Excellent and timely video for me! I just ordered this speedlight. If it works out, I will sell two of my Nikon SB5000 speedlights.
That’s awesome to hear, I still love my FJ80 months later. Glad it could help out. 😁

Waiting for a day in the life vlog 👀
HAHA! from what I've gathered, Vlogging is dead... but I'll see what I can come up with creatively. Stay tuned 😜
Samy's is a great store!
Yeah, they are one of the last photo stores in LA!

This was a long infomercial
🤣😂 thanks? Wasn’t meant to be, just like the flash. Good feedback.
I found it to be a thorough informative review.
