A somewhat funny MOD but it's literally impossible to kill Simeon, in normal story mode. Lol Just saying because years ago, I tried many different ways but I found out, that even if you return to kill him and his goons, (random event that expires) you're only able to kill the goons, not Simeon. Simeon's character has infinite armor on. I've shot him too many times. I've blown him up numerous times but the game will NOT allow for this. You cannot kill Simeon.
