Thank you so much, for filming and sharing this video. For the eternal fans of Liberace (including me) it's heartwarming to see pictures and videos, old and brand new, paying tribute to such a beloved, charismatic, unique, talented, endearing artist and human. I'll be watching this again and again, from Atlanta, Georgia. 2/3/24.
Thank you so much for saying that! I really do appreciate it 👏🏻Liberace is definitely not forgotten and has made such a mark on history and culture. I am honored that I can video and be the eyes for others that do not live as close as I do. Hoping to do a video inside his Vegas residence in the near future!
Well done. Such a remarkable artist. I forgot he had a house for mom on the grounds. I hope whoever owns the Cloister, is taking care of that beautiful place. Thank you!
Heck yea! Was the perfect day too. So many cool things in the Desert to find. I just got to throw on some old Huell Howser and say welllllll that’s AMAZIN!” Thanks for watchin’
I love it out there myself (from Florida), but could never get used to the lack of humidity which me may all complain about here but secretly love over the dry air.
I remember him from years back as a teen. The impression I got was that, though he was EXTREMELY wealthy, he didn't come off as "showy" when he would "share-off" (not showoff) the things he bought with a sincere innocence, like a kid showing his prized baseball card collection... and sometimes in a hilarious way. I remember a clip from a performance: "...do you like these rings? You should... you bought'em." With that smile. 🤣🤣 My impression of him was he seems to be a really nice rich guy that would have been easy to get along with and pleasant to be around; something I can rarely say about others with his status... especially those with massive wealth today. ❤ Thanks for sharing.
THANKS THE VIDEO IS,GREAT. I TOOK MY MOM TO LAS VEVAS WHEN WE WERE GOING TO MY BROTHERS HOUSE IN WASHINGTON STATE. AND THE ONE THING WE FORGOT TO GO SEE LIBERACE HOUSE AND HIS MUSEUM SADELY.
I know this posting is 3 months old. How many people know that Liberace had a cookbook? I am very fortunate to have a autographed copy of his cookbook !
Any reply is welcomed. I read them all. I did not know that. I will now be on the hunt for one. And the fact that yours is autographed is truly amazing! Thanks for sharing that’s so cool! 😎
Just one more thought- I wonder how his life would have been, if he were born now. Where gays are more open and accepted, where one doesn't have to lead a double life.
@@kvon432k I was surprised to learn that most of his audience did not realize he was gay. Being gay or straight wasn't talked about then the way it is now.

Jesus be real. He was a self serving screaming queen that used people for his own needs. Or maybe all the people that actually knew him are lying.
@@tomakafrankconlon3207 you're truly awful.

Hey, you’re in my (new) hood 👍 Great to see you here in the desert. There’s lots of cool ‘old Hollywood’ history to explore out here.

Thanks so much. Such an interesting personality for sure. Liberace’s following is still quite huge too!
Thank you for this video. Nicely done!
Thank so much for watching!
Thank you. At that time we were dealing with our Father. He died from cancer on February 14, 1987.
So sorry to hear that! 👏🏻
Thank you!
Thank you. I always like to do Liberace updates and just found out there is a Liberace car museum I can visit in Vegas. Stay tuned for that one!
Thank you for sharing. 🎹
Thanks for watching. Liberace is amazing and not forgotten.
He liked living in an Ivory tower, of course you have to remember, when your famous, people give you stuff for free.

I LOVE Lee!
Me too! I also have his Las Vegas house and his other Palm Springs home on my channel if you want to see. Thanks for watching
He had 4 homes in palm springs. This was his last home in palm springs. He owned them one at a time.
I know of two of them. So he had two other homes? I would love to see those. No will have to try and look them up, do you by chance no where?
Behind the Candelabra made him look like a psychopath, but he always seemed nice. Not sure what to think.
Just think that you've read a book that was ghost written.
If you're ever in Las Vegas, someone fixed up Liberace's house near UNLV and restored it to how it looked in the 1960s.
Thanks again! I forgot about that and been there. I heard that they’re gonna start or have started tours. Thanks!
He is truly missed.

Thanks so much for watching. I’m actually leaving for Vegas in a couple of hours to film his cars from his personal life and on stage!
Have you watched Behind the Candelabra?
Definitely! Over and over again.

I would always live were it's warm. Anywhere it snows I wouldn't want to live.
I was just out there for Labor Day and doing a video on Frank Sinatra’s pianist, it’s got up to 120! 🥵🥵🥵I do enjoy it out there though
