1:10 apparently there's a non-functional mechanic where if one falls to sleep, the other will shout and wake them up. It only works if you kill all enemies in the vicinity including cheats to kill the "Godskin Duo" healthbar enemy
Edit: you can get the one in Dominula to use it if you have him aggro'd and then sleep one of the women
