    What of if you have forgotten the password and the email is no longer in use plse

    Sab kuch sahi dalne per, jab finish karte hai to incorrect ip address aa raha hai. Unbind nhi ho raha hai.

    I'm ready try but the notification show that "Only the device in the same region with the software can be unbound from its account." I'm try to setting and do Other but not working. Please kindly advice.

      see the dvr region , then select software region keep both same

      it should work i will upload new video on Unbind topic with latest method ,but you have to wait for it.try to contact hikvision customer care

      @@SagarGaikwadTech this problem has been sovled. but another problem come up with ( the ip address of the device should be in the LAN ) in SADPTOOL . i check the ip address. ip address: 192.168.0.9 (DHCP) gateway : 192.168.0.1 but ipv6 address: fe80::5a03:fbff:fec5:7d4d and IPV6 gateway:fe80::be30:d9ff:fee3:5117
      i can not see anything wrong and SADP dont let me Unbind. can you help?

      don't do such a difficult method....
      just attach back side dvr label photo to email and write "unbound my dvr from cloud account " in subject and send email to support@pramahikvision.com
      they will reply u with your dvr is unbound from account within 1hr
      this will work for you

      enter another password which was set for dvr.admin and administrator both password is different i think. that's why asking administrator password.

      @@SagarGaikwadTech hmm i was bought used camera. I don’t know what is device or admin password:/ can I unbind device despite this?
