      NRI itne ghatiya project and locations pe plot buy nahi karte, with huge security risk and Zero amenities. Its People with corruption money who will buy it and park their money.

      @@LokeshTulsani Arey bhai, black money doesn't mean cash. Its for non salaried class usually Politicians, Beurocrats, Businessmen, doctors, etc. Many surveys shows most of such plots are owned by them.

      Agar aap plot le rahe hai aur 2 years mei makaan banana hai roh plot + construction yani home loan le lo , nahi banana makaan toh plot loan hi le , Nationalised bank except sbi plot loan product nahi hai toh aapko home loan hi lene ko kahte hai aur tax rebate bhi le lena kahte hai.

    Me vrindavan m hi rahta hu ye area bekar area hai jungle h pura or bhaut jyada mehnga hai
    Itne paise m to pura makan bana banya mil jayega vrindavan m bhaut se plot sell me bik rahe hai 1500 squre feet ka 60 lakh m mil raha hai plot

    Worst project from Awas Vikas, no amenities, no security in the society, no club house.
    What a person will do with such a plot in outskirts?
    When there are so many beautiful flats with plenty of amenities available why someone will buy at this price?
    Govt officials are trying to make the money in this market window giving any facilities to the end user worst than private builders.
