Different countries need to adopt their own aesthetic regarding building styles. That said, they're very affordable and that is very important as well.

It's not about "development", it's about systems. Nigeria is far more developed than probably 80% of countries across North and SSA. Lagos just completed a light rail subway system. The issue is more whether your developed systems actually work. You don't need to learn that from anyone you just have to DO IT!
