Maybe dumb question but, can we wash the mask? Or will some parts damaged?

You'll need sufficient cartridges and filters
The Lincoln Electric version is so much better. The only downside is you have to buy their cartridges. The cup is thicker and seals better, with a oower profile nose. The headgear has additional crown adjustment, and the cup is fully detachable. Also, the exhaust points down, making it harder to fog your glasses

@@hammerandhome I think they're anywhere from 20 to 35 usd depending where you get them? If you know a 3d printer service I'm sure you could have them print an adapter for 3m cartridges. The removable cups and exhaust were huge for me, since it makes cleaning a breeze. Also, the headgear has fully removable elastic, so when it eventually wears down you don't have to buy new headgear, just new straps. If you end up getting one and wanting to use 3m filters, I can share the cad files I made for adapting them so you can get them made at a print shop. I can't guarantee a good seal, as even with a good file it's heavily dependent on printer setup, print type, and material.

Is this good against cat hair? The house is sometimes filled with dust and it gets hard for me to breathe. Is this alright? By any chance if you have used it of course
yes, this mask with the p100 filter would be great for all kinds of allergens like cat hair

I would think so. But I would check with a supplier to be safe.
I am a carpenter, what mask should carpenters use?
A good one is 3m coolflow p100 filter it is about 64 dollars a bit expensive but well worth the money

@@maddpirate7558 3m definitely recommends a clean face, so you can guarantee a good seal. I use mine with a bit of facial hair and it seems fine.

Is this good against cement dust
Definitely, if you’re in it a lot you might want to look at a full face Mask. That’s my preference
How long can u wear this mask? Living in mold I would like to use it all day long while I'm inside.
I have never wore it all day, probably the longest would be a couple hours at my longest. If your living in mold, I would move for sure. or have it removed. Mold can cause lifelong problems with your body or even worse. best of luck

@@a.a.1867 I’m sorry to hear that. If you can figure out how to get it removed. I actually had a client pass away because of black mold growing in their wall. It’s very dangerous if you have Black mold. You definitely shouldn’t have to wear a mask in your home.
