I played indoor since I was in middle school and transitioned to beach shortly after I graduated college. It’s definitely harder bc there are specific rules/restrictions that wouldn’t apply indoor. So often times I find myself mistakenly breaking rules when playing beach. But I love beach regardless!
I've heard of many beach players coming from indoor. I don't recall any transitioning the other way. Beach is easier on the body than hard court so that may be part of it. Also more of an individual effort with only one team mate instead of a whole group. Mental orientation is a big part of it.
Great game. Even knowing the result, I always watch as it was the first time.
Just a question but is it harder for people to transfer from beach volleyball to court volley ball or is it the other way around?
Depends what you are used to. Most people play indoor first, so transitioning to beach is harder in that case.
trasitioning to beach ir harder cause there are mutch rules.
