Naa before December Sheldon for reach 1M subs cos the content he's be delivering is crazy, back to back interviews Kidi, Kwesi Arthur,Medikal Okyeame Kwame, Olive the boy 😂😂
I think it's about time Kwadwo Sheldon moved to Nigeria now.... Adesope is so intelligent, I've been following this man since years back and mhern, this nigga is dhope in afrobeat... I love you Adesope
I will love to see Dingo seeing this and able to pronounce it perfectly the next time. To get the name “Adesope” right, please you should pronounce it as “Adeshcp3” in twi accent so it will sound perfectly like the Nigerian accent. Thanks ❤
We are keen on Naija spearheading the afrobeats but until today the face that as an inspirational person as Adesope appreciating the fact we still keep up to the lyrics of our legends is a plus. That not withstanding it’s not enough we have the opportunity to make them feel more appreciate
Eeeeeeh Kwadwo Sheldon!!!! You take left hand collect the can of drink from Adesope!!!! You yab oh!! I froze when I saw that!! But Adesope was cool 😎 about it!!!! 👊🏾🇳🇬👊🏾🇳🇬!!!
@@zamanimohammed9731 I am not buying that !! Watch it again, Sheldon received the can of drink with his wristwatch ⌚️ hand! He then opened the can with his right hand, because he is right handed!! Not good etiquette! 👊🏾🇳🇬👊🏾🇳🇬!!!
Kwadwo Sheldon you are and will continue to be a pioneer in African culture. The sky is the surface for you brother. Continue to broaden your horizons and break the borders that separates Africa!!!!
I was the best student in my school consecutively from elementary through to JHS ( I went to the same school for both elementry and JHS ) only for me to enter secondary and I was shook. I used to think I was the best eternally until I met other equally good students from other school. Thats Sheldon's story over here.... I believe this interview will challenge him to broaden his tentacles. I love his Adesope scope of experience and knowledge about this music, I thought Sheldon was overyhyping in his intro. Great interview and discussion .
I don’t know y when adesope is in ghana,he says so much like he is trying to please them, how can u say if them play lagbaja, Idris abdulkarim, daddy shoky, fela ,tony Montana, styplus, and their likes, young generations of Nigerians don’t vibe to it, common na adesope this is very misleading, let’s take the BBNaija housemate as a sample of youths, during their Saturday parties, all the dj that comes makes sure to go back to the odies and you can see them singing word for word and dancing and just vibing to it, you are you trying to please in ghana by saying Al these
I'm Ghanaian but I think the reason why Nigerian djs are not playing their old music is cuz Nigerian music was not that hot until p square dems stepped into the scene. Before p square j. Martins, olu maintain dems nigerian music was struggling. The music was either like those Naija cools they used as soundtracks in their movies or that juju music with the flutes. Those times Nigeria loved highlife so much that the likes of tony tatuila dems were going for Ghana collabs to be hot.
Well a better reason, is that the output of new music in Nigeria is relentless! Even new acts are coming out with new hit songs, and the current artistes themselves are still on a roll! So the DJ's are spoilt for choice ! But Nigeria has been having smash hits from 16 to 17 years back steady like 9ice's Kongo Aso, Banky W's Mr Capable, P Square's Do me, Kas's Fi mi le, Ice Prince's Oleku, Dbanj's Fall in Love amongst others! But the volume of songs and sounds out of Nigeria is like a Tsunami! So DJ's get drowned out!! 👊🏾🇳🇬👊🏾🇳🇬!!!
I particularly hated that Tictac /Tony Tetulla song! It was an inferior sound and very poor music content! Before that period, Nigerians were enjoying Majek Fashek, Dizzy K Falola, Felix Lebarty, Onyeka, Kris Okotie, Veno Marioghae, Sweat, Christy Essien all in the early 1980's! All great songs! So Tetula was a climb down for me! Nigeria has always been self sufficient with music! 👊🏾🇳🇬👊🏾🇳🇬!!
Mmmm… Goose bumps all over me when Adesope said Ghanaians dive into history and play music from 2000’s till date whenever you go to a party. Now fast food music is over. Let’s keep making some real Gems for the next generation❤🎉🎉🎉❤🇬🇭❤🇳🇬🎉🎉❤❤
This guy is speaking facts. Wizkid did said he will like to experiment new sounds years back as you suppose to and Burna boy and all the rest of the artists needs to stick to afrobeat and do different sounds there's no issues with that. You trying to say I called mine this or that doesn't make sense at all. It's not a big deal at just greed and lack of clarity
Well….PSquare would be considered as part of this generation. Same with Duncan Mighty, Dbanj, Timaya, Bracket etc…but Tony Tetuila, 2face Idibia, Faze, Plantation boys etc came before them. I knew most of these artistes through one of my Nigerian close friends….correct me if I’m wrong, but the order looks about right
In Nigeria we still play plantation boys and all the old musics just that we don't make it our priority,we too prefer to new ones, that is whom we are ,its not a must that wherever you go you must play old musics
Lol Nigerians has been doing different kinds of music which are popular ,from hip hop ,to reggae,to Fuji to akpala but now it’s looking as if everyone is being categorized under Afrobeats which is not fair because everyone is not doing Afrobeats.Wizkid has done different kind of music over time ,same Burna ,same davido etc
So you think the Asians are one? Do you think European are one ? Do you think the Americans are one ? No they are not so us Africans we not one have you ask yourself how many Africans languages do we have in Africa?
