Toms speed at his size is genuinely insane for the heavyweight division. MMA rarely gets athletic guys at heavyweight as they normally play other higher paying sports so it’s so refreshing having someone like Tom to dominate the scene

Paddy and Tom are why I’ve been pushing the gym so hard recently it’s always inspiring I went from 230lbs to 217 then from 217 -196 in 5 weeks seeing how hard everyone trains and how fast paddy drops weigh it gives me motivation to keep burning 🔥

@shaundias6313 years ago before I was a dad was shredded so I’ve built up the habits with using things like my fitness pal - hitting the gym 4 times a week doing 10k steps at the end and throwing in the boxing hybrid style training it was rapid. But I like to try and hit the ground running and then hold a range around roughly maintenance a week before cutting again to the next range 💪🏻 ideally tho after your first week of cutting as that’s mostly water. I would suggest 1-2 lbs a week is a great way less painful enjoy life more

I grew up in England, my dad was stationed at three or four RAF bases. The last one was RAF Bentwaters / Woodbridge. We lived in a small town near there on the coast called Boyton.
There was an older gentleman that lived next door. His name was Dewy/ Dewey. The point is as hard as it is to understand y’all, it’s almost clear as day compared to Dewy. I believe he spoke in “Old English”. I enjoy watching you and all your mates. You all have a certain way about you. One that gives and demands respect.
