Being talented suggests that Tae had a natural ability in vocals/dance/whatever you choose and all he needed was to ‘unlock’ said talent. Being skilled at something involved practice and dedication, because it doesn’t come naturally.

I m literally shocked to see that in their first album V only got 41.3 sec , Jimin got 1 min , and Jin got 1 min 6 sec but overall this album is mind blowing cant get over this💜💜

Taehyung was since debut the most popular member of the team, he also got a lot of screen time and was really well promoted, which was fair comparing to Seokjin who got really little lines back then and not much screen time although being the main visual of bts.
Don't forget the fact that they have roles in the group lead and main goes to Jk and JM while the vocalists goes to Jin and V, so don't really expect for more lines unless for a unit and solo song

They both swap from being 1st and 2nd in an album or in a single track only. BTS don't do this kind of line/album distributions.

This is evident from the latest albums that the company/vocal producers tries to make a more or less fair distribution.
My bias is not jin but I do believe in his vocal talent. For me, he has the best vibrato in the group and can hit high notes and falsetto pretty well.
