Izuku didn't lose all for one do to technically deku DNA wasn't involved s For him to lose it Bakugou would of had to digest his blood or something and deku had to be willing to pass it on so it was only there bloody fingers touching they shared a bond that allowed izuku to temporarily share his quirk with Bakugou giving him a boost and freeing them so they wasn't crush sure they made a beam to destroy what ever that weather thing was but I think it had a second purpose like a flare is to alert someone by hoping they would see it and get help Bakugou gotten such a boost he melted a mountain I think it was and blasted the bridge to bits to help deku to take down nine and after the fight and allmight was there the part that went to Bakugou return back to izuku it was like it was divided in half between them both may of triggered another part they wasn't expecting that's my theory it may be flawed but it's logical
This has to do with deku’s other quirk transference, idk if he knew he had it or not but you can see deku also had fire (explosions) and bakugou had ofa. his quirk transference is he can share a quirk and his with another by physical contact if he wishes though this is only temporary.
As far as comics vs the animate goes its very well should be considered as 2 different universes then you add the the fan makes one with the theories possibilities are endless same think with movies vs books vs comics it's not the same universe unless you go by Michael Bay movies then the comics are tie ins to missing parts that we don't normally get told
