How did you get your ilp. And how much the cab charged you to go to bumla pass
Our ilp for Arunachal was done from Bhalukpong border checkpost , and the ilp for bumla pass was done by our driver brother Tenjing from Tawang , car fare 5500 rs

Generally not allowed , this is what we got to know . But I suggest you to try at Tawang DC office , if you can convince them , they might allow (though I'm not sure ) , best wishes 😊
