Corporation has been on my radar since it was named dropped on /tg/ not too long ago, but I didn't really look into it further. But that weaponized social credit as a game mechanic is the eact "it" point I needed to check this out for myself.
I came to hear about neat TTRPGS that I didn't know existed, and came back today because a friend of mine was running a game I'd never heard of.
After getting the 411 from you I saw this video and thought "yes I want to see Notepad Anon's summary of another system I've never heard of.
Occasionally I get a cyberpunk itch that I can't scratch with shadowrun 4th edition or cyberpunk 2020. The next time that happens I'm probably going to give the system a try.

Great review and game... I didn't realize it was now in the hands of Nightfall games. I think they dropped the ball with Sla 2 and the Terminator RPG.
Notepad reminds me a lot of Seth and Seer.

Looks cool, ill have to check this out. Hopefully this doesnt also go into the whole "cyberpunk makes you lose your soul" trope. I prefer the eclipse phase method of "whatever fits and you can afford"

Is one of your issues with the game that they have good expansions? If they wanted to listen to your advice, would the solution be to have less content in new books or to release less support for the product?
Unironically yes! The main issue is that the CORE Book doesn't have "that much" in it. But every expansion book adds a lot to certain sectors. But that's a 17$ Core Book and 10$ Expansions.
So the issue is more "Foundation is good, but can feel lacking, every expansion adds more stuff to it, but you'll have to buy them individually."
@@NotepadAnon A really good $40 single volume game spread over some $80 worth of books.
