I’m not sure what match Craig was watching. Bellingham was all over the pitch creating positive opportunities and linking play. The media, and fans, just need to adjust to the fact he won’t be scoring nearly as many goals this season because he’s no longer the false 9 with Mbappe arriving.

Jude and Courtois were our only 2 best players tonight. He was given a different role by Ancelotti and he did that to perfection.

Jude has to understand that his role has changed. Madrid doesn’t need his goals like last year. Vini and Mbappe are the main guys when it comes to goals. He must focus on creating chance for the forwards and defending when he has to.

Bellingham does not lack confidence. He along with Kane, has been the best English player of the last 2-3 years, always turning up in the big games for club and country. He has the Ronaldo gene that most players lack.

Courtois with the incredible saves, he should've gotten MOTM. I also loved Modric's decisive pass to Vini Jr. just moments after he came on the pitch.
Bellingham is the most overrated player of this generation..All he does is run like a marathon runner, always on the floor.. He's got no technical abilities just a huge annoying PR.. He had a fluke run last season now he's getting exposed.. It's not any decline it's a revelation

@@DB2024-k3lAs a Barca fan myself, you have to realize that Bellingham doesn’t have the same role he used to. Mbappe is here now; he doesn’t need to score as much anymore.
He also can’t always make the run he used to, otherwise the midfield will be exposed. Bellingham is still a fantastic player.
The Englishman played the entire match and was once again an attacker new role in attack and great work in defense

Jude is playing his normal football, he’s just not Zidane or Iniesta which the media pretends he is

Just multiple role changes for the sake of the team being pushed deeper wider and higher than where he thrives and still consistently performing not scoring because his role rarely allows it
