He likes winning, doesn't matter if its roma, porto, man utd, inter, Madrid or Chelsea... He'll be doing the same somewhere else no doubt
People said he was finished. He didn't have the best experiences in Man United and Tottenham. He needed this trophy for his bruised ego.

All I can remember the Italian fella I met on the central line years ago with his mate singing and wearing AS Roma on his chest as he tries and cries to connect a train back to Rome. I went to him and asked him what this meant to him as I watched cry and soaked in emotions telling me in Italian what AS Roma meant to him, his family and loved ones and then he translate in English. I asked him another question, he responds in Italian with so much passion and then translate by him self in English. He kissed my chin and those around him as he screams AS Roma. Even the Met police felt his passion and gave him a pass. Sadly I lost his contact. I felt like I watched the game with him. Sensational splendiferous feeling. The special one has done it again. I feel like Italy is a really special place for Jose. It really brings out every bit of passion out of him and a different side of him. He feels loved and actually enjoys his role as a manager. He was into the groove with inter and one can say the same about him with roma. I'm really happy for him. Go Jose Go!♥️🤌🏼

Funny that people do discuss 😂 in manner that doubts his capabilities. With man United he won 3 trophies, with Tottenham he managed to take them to the final even though he was sacked. Now just a season with Roma, he has won an international cup....what a great coach

I grew up hating Mourinho when Liverpool played against them in 2 champions league semis and he shushed the Liverpool crowd, we even had his pic on a dartboard one drunken night.
Now I'm a bit older, I love everything about the man, his dry humour/attitude, his passion for the game, everything. what a Legend. never lost a European final, won every trophy and happens to win Conference League the first year it exists, I couldn't think of a better winner. Well done to him and Roma!

As a Chelsea fan,i couldnt be happier for this,yes he has been blessed with wealth,success etc but his demise was breathtaking and hard to fathom,and he lost the essence of what made him special,obv the game has moved on around him and his tactics etc may of been rumbled,but he was a great figure in recent/ current football,its fantastic to see him having some sucess albeit moderate level,id love to see a Tiger woods type major come his way again,at his best a charasmatic,enigmatic and entertaining addition to the football world,yep,im well chuffed for his legacy,

@@chrisstucker1813 considering Roma weren’t top 6 last season, and the teams ahead of them this season were Lazio, Juve, Napoli, Inter and Milan, it’s a very respectable league finish, especially cos he won a trophy as well. All those sides above them are better teams. Like look for example at Frankfurt, they won the Europa league but basically sacrificed the league for it, finishing 11th, with a very average thin squad, Mourinho was able to compete in the league and the Conference league. He deserves a lot of respect for what he did this season.
