To me Susan was the most sexiest presenter on TV during her time on TV

Sometimes get the feeling I was born too late. Love the technology of today but women back then were far more attractive, Susan is very lovely indeed.

Women had a sexy quality that seems to be lost. They compensate by tarting up more and more but it's really innocence that's so attractive.

The anticipation of waiting for the photos - a few days after you sent them to be processed - was half the fun of film photography. Digital photography, whilst very convenient, panders to the "instant gratification" demands of current society. Digital has many benefits - but I believe the psychological dumbing down it creates outweighs the benefits.

There was no scale available that could cope with how fanciable Susan Stranks was. I still maintain that she owes me compensation for the damage to my wrist caused by watching her on Magpie as a teenager!

I wonder where those amazing film developing machines ended up. Does anyone still use them? Or did they end up in the scrapyard

Very interesting! I like how they infer that only blind people are working in the dark room. :> Really cracks me up.

100 rolls of 36 exposure 35mm film, or one reusable micro SD card? If you screw up photos with a flash card, you've still got the flash card to try again.

I still have a few of those old flash cubes, rather expensive to buy even in those days.

Easier to lose an SD card than 100 rolls of film
