There are only a small number of RC film makers that can reach this quality and you one of them! Very watchable! I' must confess I've watched everyone of your videos. Thanks for your great work!
+daverobbo5 Great words! Thank you, I'll appreciate very much. But what's for sure, that you're latest videos are finest RC artwork. So, I hope "we" all continue sharing our Passion&Fun :-) best regards
+Theibault Thank you, glad you liked it! And yes, playground, as I also previously commented (in german to matteo) - must be a gift from heaven :-) ! best regards
Hi Louis, glad you've enjoyed :-) ! The beach is in Italy, northern part @ adria sea, and yes, it is beautiful place there... I never would have discovered this place without my buggies ! Thanks for your great comment & best regards !
What a cool looking car, they don't make them like they used too! Nice footage! What's really surprising about these old buggies is how well the suspension works, you can really see it in slow motion.
+TwinEngines RC Thanks for your comment, much appreciated:-) And yes, true, I've been surprised as well how nicely the suspension works. But to note, they did a bit of a change or improvement on the reissue, eventhough it's the same origin construction. It is softer to the origins, knowing, since I also use to drive them... best regards!
You know, 40 years IS a long time. You MUST upgrade you communication too. It's a product which keeps evolving and its NOT the same thing as the 40 year old thing. In the same way as a Harley Davidson motorbike isn't the same sporty bike as the 1970's sporty bike, and it isn't the latest sporty bike design too. This R/c car ISN'T the rough rider anymore its the 30th anniversary buggy champ model in 2018, in the shops RIGHT NOW in 2018. Your model is the 2009 buggy champ rough rider model. Different box art makes a difference! Next year in 2019 is the 40th anniversary! All these different models of the design ARE SUPPOSED TO BE DIFFERENT. in the same way as Harley Davidson who leads the way on this building machines topic goes! Tamiya learns what to do from brands such as Harley.
...on sand it's tricky though, but if the conditions are well enough you'll have a great experience...specially for filming. But the cleaning work has to be done as well......thanks for your comment 😊
+Katsunori Suzuki (Bell's Factory) Yes, this is actually my attempt as well to have this reminiscence to the glorious history :-) thanks for your comment, best regards
+BHSBlackHoleSun You're welcome, thanks for your great comment - btw, I did visit in the past once a while your Webpage - but now it seems to be "reduced"? - best regards
+BHSBlackHoleSun Hi Pascal, my mistake... I used an older short cut to your page, where the content was missing...but clicking on back to homepage, all is there:-) I apologize for my previous saying. All the best, Daniel
Amazing Video!! The cuts are groovy and smooth. It even let me think to buy one day a Tamiya car, just for fun. I am glad to see that your channel became very popular. Also the fact you are always answering every comment! a true gentleman ;) cu
:-) thanks! That's why I bought two of them....it's defenitely worth to built and run them and garantees great pleasure...! Hope you'll do the right thing, best regards !
+Maurice RC Productions Das ging jetzt schnell... besten Dank aber auch:-) Ich hatte noch Dein Impreza Video gesehen: Hammer, werde es gleich noch kommentieren :-) Grüsse
Thanks again, glad you like'em :-) You've got as well some cool slomo and very interesting videos on your channel too, I'll go through them once with more time, best regards
One of the first video's I watched on my new iPad Pro 😊 and I loved it! Nice job! I like the colors of the car. Shame on Tamiya that they changed the letters on the front tires! 😒
+Satanicmushroomfromhell Thank for your comment, glad you liked it! And yes, you're right, Sand Blaster lettering only on the rear tires...? I don't know about any logic for this - BUT, overall, we should be happy with the re-re :-) best regards
:-) .....must be the music ! ;-) But finally, you tell me why... To me, to watch this iconic masterpiece of a model in action is always worth the time though... Thanks for your great comment, much appreciated! Best regards
Hi there , thanks for your comment! Monster Beetle is pretty much different to the SRB's (like the Buggy Champ)...depends where you want to go for driving, MBeetle e.g. better on gras though... Hope you can make a satisfying choice finally :-) best regards & have fun
Excellent video! I can only imagine how hard some of these angles were to get. Great tribute to a classic. Could you give links to the music you used? The second track in particular really stuck out to me . :D
Thank you for your appreciation :-) ! Can't give links for the Sound, but 2nd is an instrumental verison of 'the sun always shines on tv/a-ha - the other song is a song from E. Hermoso - glad you like, best regards
Hi there! Thanks for your appreciation :-) And, locking differential: No. These are re-issues of the first off road models, around 1980. I think only the on-road cars came with diff at the time...best regards
