How much succulents do you buy in a week?
Not buying any since January.. Didn't make it for regularization 😞
Dahil lagi nakong nasisita ni misis. 2 na lang weekly 😊
I just bought about 20. But I don’t think I’ll be buying more until a month or so..they’re expensive.
I can only buy 1 Succulent in 4 months
Naku po tita lizk🙈. Ayaw kung mag sabi.. secret na lang po hahaha email ko na lang sau baka pagtawanan mo ako or pagagalitan🤣😂 Minsan hindi kaya matiis pero I'm really trying my best to have a budget for my plants pinagaaralan ko ng magtipid tipid po👍😘
I started with 6 in June of this year. I now have over 300!!!!!!! I love them so much. My boyfriend is so supportive of me being a "succulent Addict" he literally turned 1 of our spare rooms into a Garden Center!! I can not go to a store that sells succs and not buy some , never just 1. When I go to Home Depot, Lowes, or Walmart, I justify buying entire trays by saying they need to be rescued "look how sick they look" and my BF just goes along with it, they are amazing plants!!
Sounds like he's a keeper...
me: I'm finally starting to recognize different succulents! Liz: makes a video where I only recognize 3 of the species
Maybe I should migrate to Australia, so every time you went for a Mining Trip, I’d like to come over and attend to your babies. Hahaha
Sounds like a plan.
I love to travel and could do the same. Have been a Homeowner and Gardener since 1991. HouseSit experience, too.
This is my favorite succulent channel, I watch every night almost 👍 gotta get my succ fix 😉
I'm so jealous!!! LOL. Succulents are addictive and I had to closed the web pages today (4/16/2021) that I was almost so close to buying $500 worth (26 Korean succulents) but I closed them because I told myself months ago that I needed to pay off my $2000 credit card that I charged in late 2020 buying succulents. It's so sad that these babies add up and it's breaking my wallet, but they're so beautiful. 🤣
I know how you feel. Just drove by a plant shop today and was about to turn right to go to it then I told myself....Your plants are waiting for you to pot up....LOL
I get anxiety at work. So I play her videos in the background, she makes me feel like everything is gonna be okay.
I'm glad to know my videos can be soothing. Thanks for watching.
@@GrowingSucculentswithLizK it's so true, I listen to your cheerful voice while repotting and working with succulents, it's so inspiring and the mood goes up. Best wishes for you , never stop doing videos! (I have a couple of favourites and watch them over and over)
Boy those names just roll of your tongue and sounds so beautiful
That new plant you lusted after is amazing!
Thank you for sharing the haul. You really do have an amazing collection. AND i just adore ur personality - ur so fun to listen to. A big shout out from Korea. 🇰🇷🇦🇺🇵🇭
You are so welcome and thank you for watching.
Oh, that was sooo good. A succulent addict's fantasy! Thanks you, as always. x
Glad you enjoyed it!
😄
I'm adding echeveria spanish red on my wishlist 😍 i'm now in love with agavoides and echeverias that have pointy leaves and are deep red because of your collection.
birds had been playing with my myrio seedlings and had been biting my fittonias as well
I have a mega WOW for you. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻. I’m imagining myself doing the same thing, binge buying succulents. Believe it or not, whenever I am in a store, I have to visit the garden center for a succulent! 😊❤️😍. It seems to me that what you have hauled, there are no two succulents alike. Each of them are different from the others. That’s what makes them interesting and addicting to me. Thanks for sharing them! Unbelievable! 😊❤️😍
You're welcome Necy and thanks for watching. I'm glad you enjoyed the video.
Love the cheering at the end.. You're so funny Lizz.. Luv your plant naming/descriptions!
Glad you enjoyed that. 😊
Amazing succulent haul! So many new ones and most are pretty hard to find as well. Love all of them! 😊💚
Thanks so much! 😊
Love love love your collection , what a beautiful haul.
I usually get 2 or 3 a week , sometimes none , I’m trying not to over do myself.
And we are slowly going to go into winter so I’ll take a break until spring and summer.
Liz, you do have a green thumb. They are so beautiful ❤️. Love every one of them... How you remember the names of all them is beyond me...
Thank you so much!
O wow! They are all beautiful! And some are so unique! Thank you for sharing, Liz! 🥰
Woow......I love succulent I really want to collect all varriety

I have labels and tags on most of them. Thanks for watching.
Wow! I Love them all. Amazing how you remember their names hehe.
Thank you! 😊
Great haul...😁. Did I see a Jelly Jam in the back there also?..I’m away at the moment on holidays in the north having a good time but secretly wanting to get back to my plants and the dog....😂.. thanks for the look over your newbies..👍
I got given a small cutting of Jelly Jam and it's getting fatter by the day. Enjoy your holiday. The plants can wait...LOL
I absolutely love your channel Liz!! You and I have the same love about our succulents! I didn't buy them in one place. They all came from different stores and collectors.
Great collection will try to collect slowly. Lovely collection.
Oh my god such a massive and magnificent haul of succulents thanks for sharing liz✨✨✨
You are so welcome!
Thank you for sharing! Always love your videos.
Would you share your hairy/ fuzzy plants collection one day and their caring tips?
Thanks for the suggestion. I'll see what I can do.
Amo venir del estrés del trabajo y ver sus videos. Saludos desde Nicaragua, América central.
Me alegra saber eso Karla. Muchas gracias por ver y que tengas una noche maravillosa.

What a great selection if your working on a project. I vote for sugar jelly 💪
Thanks for watching MM. Sugar Jelly still a bit small ATM but will definitely do a short video.
So beautiful LizK... after you come back from your trip to potting these babies... can I came over and experience how you are doing it. But most important is to see all your beautiful succulents garden.. I’m in Monash Canberra
Will be doing videos of these babies when I pot them up when they're grown.
Lovely hall! Thank you so much for sharing ! Some of these plants are so special, so beautiful I’d love to have if not 110 at least 10 of them! I live in Cannes - France , it’s impossible to find such beauties here...
And here I am wishing I'm in Europe. Below is a website that sells succulents in Spain. Hopefully they can ship to France.

@@GrowingSucculentswithLizK thank you for answering me. I am not a fan of buying succulents online, I have to see the écheverias in real. You never know what you get online . Once I had ordered some sempervivums online and I was really disappointed , so I’m not ready to re-order online . Anyhow I’ll continue to watch your videos because you have so many lovely plants
How do you memorize all their names??? Lol. I love watching your videos, I am now applying your tips and hopefully my babies would grow as beautiful as your plants. 😍
Your voice is made from heaven
Wow all is beautiful and cute even the house plants love it. 😍😍😍
Hahaha at 8 minutes in watching your video at 5:00 this morning, I stopped went online and placed a succulent order! 🤣🤣🤣haha ITS CONTAGIOUS ☺️ and I'm mad because I had a dudleya in my cart already and I waited too long and now they are sold out! But that's okay because I did end up getting my variegated echeveria decora. I'm like you though I just ordered $400 worth of succulents over the past couple of weeks. I'm still waiting for my bulk tray of sempervivums but I should get those today.
You have such a wide range of plants there! I always think about you and how many different varieties you have, I know it's near impossible to own every single succulent that there is but I think you're getting close LOL
Liz I recently got my echeveria agavoides lipstick, of course I planted it when I got it I let it acclimate to the soil and then I gave it some water about 5 days later. It's still struggling and all the color left it. I have it under my grow lights. I took it out of the soil the other day just to check the roots and it seems fine. I think I'm wanting to ask you more about the color, why would all the color leave it if it's under the grow lights? Are they more of a weather-related color up plant? Rather than light?
I've observed that most agavoides lose or don't color up under the grow light.
Lipstick loves being in full sun. I have some growing under my 50% shade cloth area and it went green. They need to be grown in a small pot and in full sun to color up and the color stays all year round.
@@GrowingSucculentswithLizK thank you! I'm definitely going to move it into a smaller pot. I gave it 2 in of space in the pot to grow but I'll move it into a 6 inch pot tomorrow..
Whoaaa.. First to hit like here Lizk, first to comment as well yipeee...❤️ ❤️ ❤️ Pashout out naman Master hahaha..
💞💞💞
Liz, I got a “small haul” yesterday from a company in California. Got a 2” crested Echeveria Licorice. I’m growing some crested babies, Fred Ives and graptosedum ghosty. 😍👍🏼
I don't think we get E. Licorice here in OZ. I had to look it up and it's a very pretty plant.
Licorice l never see yours
Good morning to you vary nice succulents they all so beautiful and amazing plans have a blessed day🌿🍃♥️♥️
And same to you too! Thank you.
i bought these exact same ones in this video this week at home depot
Masarap talaga mamili NG mga plants ako dın hındı makatııs sa ısang buwan.
WOW so many goodies!!
Hi Liz, love your videos and you’ve really helped me gain confidence growing my own succulents.
What i want to know is, Will someone look after your succulents when you go away or are you not worried about them needing water?
NO ONE touches my succulents when I'm away.....LOL
I've set them up so they can look after themselves.
wow, i just found ur channel. u r awesomeness, through and through!
Thank you so much Dawn! Hope you'll continue to enjoy my content.
Beautiful plants and the pots are gorgeous
Thanks so much 😊
❤❤❤❤ nice succulents, oh my I can die 🤤🤤🤤 no nicer words can say about ur gorgeous collections.
Thanks very much!
Wow,,many succulent very pretty,,i love it ,,❤️❤️😍😍
So Precious , love ur succulants 🌵🌵
so many colors and sizes it's so beautiful and amazing how you remember the name of succulents
I look at plants just like people. Some names I'll remember and some need name tags.
at least you can buy a lot of varieties of succulents and rear ones in Sydney. you lucky to be able to get some. do you sell some seeds at all?
No I don't sell. Nowadays, there are plenty of online stores that sells seeds and succulents. Here a link to one of them. Cheers

wow you've been busy! My succulents are constantly attacked by magpie...had to cut and hang chicken net on each shelf. Wish they found a better place to hang out.
Time to take out my secret weapon for birds....Lol
@@GrowingSucculentswithLizK Please share the secret 😇 I tried a fake owl, toy snakes, light reflecting objects, sparky objects, ultra sound or light flushing animal repellers, chilli powders...magpie just don't care 😞 they are very clever.
sometimes 10, sometimes wayyy to many! Depends what store we are at!!
My type of Person 🤩🤩🤩
mama lizk what kind of job do you have?? it's kinda intresting because you have alot of plants po nagseselos ako😆
Liz when will you pot them back individually? My plants got attacked by birds too. Ate my snow peach and another plant .
In Spring or summer when they're actively growing or if when they get too big for the pot that they're in ATM.
wow so Amazing i love it😊😍❤💕❤ keepsafe po🙏🙏🙏
Hi Liz! Love your plants and your wonderful videos. Beautiful and so informative as well. The succulents you have planted in tall containers, do you fill them entirely with potting mix?
Depends on the size of the plant. If they are big leggy ones, I put rocks 1/4 of the way for stabilization to stop the pot from falling over.
Yeah!!! Did W go with you? Beautiful!!!
Sure did.
I have a quick question, I k ow you love succulents esp. crested ones, how do you care for crested varieties without killing them? It seams to me they easily succumb to root rot or drying compared to regular ones, I’ll appreciate your response so I can keep these expensive crested specimens alive for a long time.
No different than non-crested plants except, they needed extra attention for cleaning and maintenance because bugs likes to hide in the fold and dry leaves. Air circulation, regular watering after soil dries up and fertilizing and cultivating soil(teasing) once a year in their growing season. Happy growing and have a great day.🥰
I wouldn’t be able to sleep knowing their out in the cold. Lol
The more you baby them, the more they die.... Treat them mean to keep them keen. Works so far.😁
Looks like Jocelyn's plants : )
It sure is Jack. Thanks for watching.
They are so pretty. Thank you.
Glad you like them!
Very beautiful collections Ma'am Lizk 😊
Oh thank you.
Oh yeah, I'm here for this 🙌🏽✊🏽👁👄👁🍷

Thank you so much 😀
Good job Liz 👏
Thanks Rosa. Have a great weekend.
God bless you Liz.
Gorgeous succulence
Thanks so much 😊
Gorgeous collections! Where do you buy your succulents please. Thanks
I buy them in person from hardware stores, plant nurseries and other collectors.
Todo muy hermoso 💕
And thank you too for watching.
What are the baskets lined with to hold in the soil? I never thought about using coffee mugs, I’m have to go to Goodwill and see what I can repurpose for repotting succulents.
I use lace curtains and newspaper. Will be doing a future video on this.
Hi Lizk, can you share to me where you buy your Echeverias they are so beautiful. I want it too. Salamat I’m just starting.
Here in Canberra Australia, I buy it from my local nurseries, shops and other collectors.
The ones with the long stems coming out of them, what is that? Do you cut it or leave it be?
It's called inflorescence. It can be a flower or a plant. It's entirely up to a persons preference whether to cut it or leaves it.
So you leave all of your plants out in the frost? Do you get snow?
We occasionally get the odd snow in winter and most of my succulents are left to enjoy our Canberra winters. My latest video will give you an idea of which plants I leave outside.
@@GrowingSucculentswithLizK can you please tell me the average temperatures your plants endure? I got 2 artichoke agave that were listed as being able to handle snow and freezing weather in my zone and they both died
Great video...Liz
Glad you enjoyed it
@@GrowingSucculentswithLizK I did, I enjoy all of your videos.
Lindas suculentas, charmosa, bem decorativa, amo! As suas estão lindas, bem cuidadas. Vou amar recebê-la no meu cantinho. Sucesso! Deus te abençoe!
Obrigada. Fico feliz em saber que você está gostando dos meus bebês. Obrigado por assistir e tome cuidado.
Beautifull, 🌷❤👍🏼👌💕🌱
The Esmeralda looks like a double head also!
Looks like it's crested. Very pretty plant.
Where do you find such healthy succulents? i CANNOT find them local & I ordered some on line & they were mostly dead & looked sick. Also, I see you use cups sometime for containers, can you grow succulents in containers without drainage?
All cups I use have holes and I buy most of my succulents in person from shops and also other collectors. Maybe try looking for succulent collectors near your area. Good luck.
Did you get them out when it grow up ? or you keep them in that.
They're still in the same pot. They haven't grown that much in winter. Some are ready to be transplanted once our weather warms up.
@@GrowingSucculentswithLizK thank you
i just sent an Order and joined a monthly new plant Club. Gonna need some help LOL.
Oh no...LOL Good luck Julie and I'm sure you'll have fun. Thanks for watching.
Awesome video 👏👏👏
Thank you 👍
Those are gorgeous🥰😍♥️
Thank you! 🤗
What is the fertiliser you use for your succulents
I use SEAMUNGUS by Neutrog and Seasol Powerfeed.
Youre succulent are all rain or shine?
They are all grown outside. SUN, Rain, Hail and also Frost.
Hi Liz, would you mind sharing with us, the place where you bought these succulents from?
I got them from different places (too many to mention) but all local here in Canberra, Australia.
@@GrowingSucculentswithLizK thank you
Love them 😍😍😍
Which echeveria agavoides turn really really red?
There are plenty of agavoides that "TURN RED." but only Romeo Rubin that I know of "STAYS RED."
Hi Liz, I want to ask you, is sea gravel useful for soil? Because of its salty nature.
I don't use gravel on my succulent soil mix. Sea gravel when washed can be used for top dressing. Thanks for watching.
@@GrowingSucculentswithLizK
Do you buy online, or?
Never have I ever bought online...YET...Can you imagine if I do...LOL
Thanks for watching Des. Cheers
wow 😳
How can we get your Master soil? Where can we buy it?
You'll have to make it. How to video is below this video in the description box.
Curious minds wants to know how many succulents kinds do you have?

$120. Thanks for watching.
