Hi, Atty. Gonzales! Thank you for sharing your knowledge. Nag marathon po ako about 5 11, plea bargain, probation at bail vids nyo. Di ko po sure kung nasa ibang vids nyo pa or di pa nadiscuss ito.. Kapag po convicted na, naka pag plea bargain at granted na rin po ang probation, need pa rin po ba mag motion to fix bail para tuluyan na makalaya? Kailan po marerefund ang bail? After macomplete ng accused yung sintensya via probation? Thanks po ulit. 😊

Atty. una sa lahat tnx God at ginamit ka po ni God pra saming mga tao na walang alam sa batas😇
Ask ko po sana atty. Kc po nka bangga po aq ng tao, ung gastos po is 11,000, dun po sa police repot, nakalagay po sa kasunduan namin ng nabangga ko is magbabayad aq ng 2,000 monthly, at magkakaron ulit kmi ng bagong kasunduan para sa nxt check up, kaya lang po nung nag follow up check up na, need daw po bakalan ung nabangga ko, sa paa po yun.
Maari pa po ba nila ako kasuhan atty. Kahit meron na kming kasunduan sa unang kasulatan?
Sbi po kc ng nabangga ko, kung ayaw ko daw makulong, mag ready daw aq ng 80,000 pra sa bakal, sbi ko po, wala naman po aq ganyang pera dahil delivery rider lng po ako.
Ano po dapat kung gawin atty? Sana po mapansin nyo po itong mensahe ko🙏🙏🙏

Atty. I have a question. If a person was judged in the court -- guilty of petty theft (imprisonment for 10 days). But she was able to exercise her right for Probation for 6 months. And she was able to complete the Probation and her case was dismissed and her name was clear of all criminal charges. NOW, CAN SHE APPLY IN THE GOVERNMENT OFFICE? CONSIDERING SHE HAS PRC LICENSE OR CSC PASSER.

Probation you need to submit everyweek report for *2-3months.*(it depends sa case)
When na accomplished the probation months then the prob officer will make final probation report submit to court then the judge will issued final order mabubura yung criminal liablity mo na parang wala kang ginawang kasalanan.
