How do I attach it to the leash? Do I need to add a Carabiner or is there a way to open the loop? I don’t want to pull too hard and break it but not sure how you attach the loop to your leash. It seems really silly as the old Velcro ones opened. Somebody know how to open the loop?
Hi there! To attach your dispenser to your leash, we recommend pulling upwards on the end of the strap. That tug will pull the nub through the hole, which then allows you to loop the dispenser onto your leash! From there, position the nub back with the hole and push it through to lock everything back into place
There is a RUclips where a man resolves this in 20 seconds. We had 2 of them stuck that way. The manufacturer should add this on their backlog to prevent we close them wrong. Just a pin or something to block the wrong closing. For the current version you could had a sticker to prevent this.
You might be squeezing too Hardin the middle and that pressure keeps it from sliding out so hold it by the edges you just the tip of both ends as best you can should come real easy. Sometimes the trick isn’t to pull harder but to be gentle and patient or experiment a bit set it down and try again later I am honestly sure y’all probably figured it out on your own already
Bought mine brand new and cant open it. Gave up and just started carrying bags in my pockets. Huge waste of money. Who makes a product with no instructions? Or makes a product with instructions in the package, prior to you even knowing how to open it. Wouldnt recommend this to my worse enemy. I cut my hand tryimg to open this stupid ass item

When the ridges down the body and cap are lined up together, the dispenser is locked. Twist the cap counterclockwise until you hear a click, and then pull down to take the cap off. Load your poop bags so the first bag comes out through the slit, line the ridges back up together and twist the cap until it clicks back into place. I do not like the new bags. I like the old logo of the logo. The new bags are boring, see-through (gross) and feel they are going to break. About the new dispenser, I’m not going to go an throw away the old dispensers I have to use the new one which by the way the color is to light and dirt will show.

my husband closed my perfect dog poop bag holder incorrectly...don't know how he did it...and now I cannot get it to open for love or money...ideas?
