It's not easy! My advice would be to work on problems that you think best illustrate the concept you want to teach, and practice them enough that you are comfortable to deliver the video - PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE. Everything I've got videos on I've taught many times, which is why the material seems comfortable. You only start to get better on your second or third try at teaching something (at least that's my experience!)
