I've watched this like 10 times. I'm fully sold on Jane as his entrance theme. Taz's "This place is gonna erupt" into the tron starting and the crowd losing their mind gives me chills

I have to admit this is the only entrance he’s ever had that gave me goosebumps and I’m not even a Cassidy fan, Best entrance by far
For those that do not know Orange Cassidy's character is based on Paul Rudds character in a movie called Wet Hot American Summer( hence Excaliburs comment about summer time). The theme song to that movie is Jane by Jefferson Starship

Agreed. I'm a big fan of Kris. The slight change in her gimmick was needed. I was hoping for a Cyberpunk thing to replace her Alien deal but she needs to be pushed in the women's division.

Great song but entrance is average. Check out HHH return entrance in 2002 one of the biggest pops of all time and electrifying.

Glad Wheeler Yuta and I believe Kris Statlander aren't part of the group anymore. They didn't fit and made the group feel too bloated so I'm totally fine with Trent, Chuck, and OC.
This is just one of the reasons AEW is so amazing! Occasionally they’ll throw out a great track like “Jane” or “Carry on my wayward son” just to keep us on our toes. Thank you AEW for being so Awesome!

I see that orange's got his old entrance theme back on aew, reminds me during his time on limitless wrestling
My fav part is when Taz says "this place is about to erupt lol" AND THEN THEY DO! you could tell a lot of the crowd didn't immediately recognize this as OC's old theme but there were a few you could hear cheering as soon as the opening notes hit. Really glad TK is willing to spend the money on rights fees for these songs
Good on TK for getting "Jane" for Orange Cassidy.....it fits his character perfectly.....listen to that pop..... That says it all
I still think this is the best Dynamite opening to this day, the crowd was so energetic, amazing pyro display, ending with OC's debut of Jane entrance.
I came here SPECIFICALLY too see the comments about Orange Cassidy's indie song, Taz's comments on said song, and the crowd of fan's reactions that either knew of the song, who it was, or both. The commonality of it all is that AEW has brought the hardcore fans back together again.

He's been over for MONTHS. consistently over and relevant, with title shots, good feuds and the status he has right now? He isn't underrated at all. Everyone knows what he's capable of and love him for that and more

I'm not gonna lie... When it was first announced it would be Orange Cassidy taking on Will Osprey at Forbidden Door, I was thinking "Orange Cassidy isn't good enough to deserve that".

Honestly, The Pixies song had grown on me quite a bit for Orange, so adjusting to this is gonna be tough. I know this is his indie theme, but I just feel like for some reason it doesn't fit his character that well.
But the reaction this got with that intro is hard to argue against. This might be just what Orange needed to bring back that aura he had built during the Lockdown era.
Also, it's really good to see the original trio of Best Friends back together. While I liked Statlander with them as a 4th, but the group was really starting to get diluted with all the other members. Going back to the original three, going back to what worked for them feels like the right move.
