Lol hated Mikey B’s personality as a fighter, but love him now post-career. When it’s all said and done, Mike became champ after overcoming so many obstacles. Infinite respect.

It’s funny bc back in the day I felt like I was one of the only people who liked Michael Bisping. He never seemed insincere just always seemed like he was having fun talking shit and bustling balls. But it’s also cool post retirement that he’s super humble and well liked and respected by pretty much the whole fanbase..

I look back on allot of my old fights and hate when I cheered after knocking someone out, or flexed after submitting my opponents. If I could change anything it would to have been more quiet and self controlled.
Always thought Michael was a dink. But the older I grew the more I understood the mental aspect of digging into and breaking down a fighter before the fight via wordplay. All part of the game 🤟

I hated Bisping back in the day but huge fan now. Realizing it was a gimmick and of course now him growing up and maturing. Love or hate, was always entertaining.
No one has ever proven the "sometimes fight is won at the weigh ins" works. Sometimes people say that but then the other guy wins, sometimes the other way around. It's all a matter of luck. 50/50 chances. Not a concrete thing.
Not all of it was bad. The trash talk against GSP was indeed bad. But the trash talk against Henderson was valid, and most of the trash talk against Luke was also valid.

Got to admit Dan Henderson won second fight too but Dan was retiring so no point giving him the title.

Not only did he look like he just took a scroll in the park compared to Bisping but he won 3 very definite round and had Bisping thinking he was in a bad dream and walking out of a bar looking g drunk 😂 . Three of those rounds Bisping was running fit his life.

yeah you can see the difference between when Dana laughs at Bisping compared to Mcgregor, he genuinely laughs where as with Mcgrgor its clearly forced and jsut does it for the cash cow he has.

The picture of Micheal Bisping with the Beer after the title win ALWAYS made me think of the Mike Tyson Punch Out Character Soda Popinski's picture in the game it is a 1 to 1 match!! Ironically the Arcade name of the same fight in Punch out was Vodka Drunkenski which would have been more appropriate because of Bisping love of an alcoholic beverage after a fight!

My favorite Bisping zinger was at the UFC 127 presser against Jorge Rivera:
