I know you just did 2 eyeshadow palettes, but I’d like to see the new Nars Voyageur mini palettes if you’re thinking of things to cover-in particular the all shimmer palette. I think that might be a great addition to someone’s collection if they do minimal eye looks and don’t like huge palettes where shimmers are found and don’t want to pay for the CT one

Bought this one and the coral blush trio. I’m so glad you compared it to the Chanel. I’ll wear it more like how you described the Chanel (softer looks) but I wanted more mattes. Can’t wait for it to arrive.

Although the Soleil palette is absolutely gorgeous, I know realistically that Im not going to use all of those shades. This one is definitely my cup of tea though, I will be ordering this right away. Also, your eye look is a perfect use of these shades, I love it🥰

You keep referring to all the colors as “peachy,” when they’re clearly apricot shades, thus the name of the palette, Apricotine. Peach has more pink tone to it while apricot has more orange, which is what these seem to look like on screen%

Whoa, at the beginning I was like "I'll ask her to compare it with the Chanel quad" lol Thanks for the comparison. While I am considering the Apricotine, I actually like Lueurs Ambrées' subtlety more, but too bad, that's the one I can't get lol Maybe mixing the colors in Apricotine would help achieve those tones?
I think you’d just have to use a light hand to achieve the same feel as Chanel’s. They’re so much more like gauze.

Hi Michele. I'm new to your channel and noticed that you are a Viseart fan!!! I did recently purchase their neutral mattes palette and wore it only once. Within a few hours it creased like crazy and it just melted off. I do have oily hooded eyelids, but my eye primer typically works. I believe I used either the nars or mac paint pot that day. Since then I purchased the UD original primer. I love how the eye shadow applied and it is like no other shadow I used (I have a few Natasha Denona palettes, Pat McGrath, ABH and others). I want to purchase it again or one of their other palettes, but I'm afraid of it doing the same thing. I'm wondering if it's due to there not being any silicone's in their shadows.....do you have any suggestions?
Hi Brittany!! I'm sorry to hear that! Viseart has their own primer which may help. It's an interesting thin, silicone-based primer but I enjoy it. I have dry lids, so I've never experienced creasing with their matte shadows. Do you set your primer with some matte setting powder before applying the shadows?

You must be so tired of me as the pronunciation nazi. And, I may be wrong here, but "pralines", where they are born and raised (in South Louisiana especially), are referred to as "prahleens", not "prayleens". It's a nit-picky thing, but there ya' go - you need to work that soothing drawl in there with the soft "ah", not the hard "A". I'm a detail kind of gal. I wouldn't bother if I didn't love you so much. It's kinda like Northerners say Pee-can, and Southerners say pick-Awn for pecan.
By the way, just wanted to say how deeply sorry I was not to listen to you on the Kosas oil. It pilled on my naked face and made me look 30 years older. I thought my environment was so different from yours that I believed the hype might work for me. My new motto is "always listen to Michele".
Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the English pronunciation is actually “prayleens”. “Prahleens” is probably just specific to your region...
